Ahmed Moneka is an Iraqi-Canadian musician based in Toronto, Canada. He is the founder and leader of Moneka Arabic Jazz, where he tours many times a year. Moneka Arabic Jazz became a 2019 Stingray Rising Stars Winner at the Toronto Jazz Festival. He has collaborated with many Canadian music organizations, including Canadian Opera Company, Tarragon Theatre, and Aga Khan Museum.
