Samah Sabawi is a Palestinian-Canadian-Australian author, playwright, and poet based in Australia. She received the Green Room Award for Best Writing in 2020 and co-edited the anthology Double Exposure: Plays of the Jewish and Palestinian Diasporas. Sabawi also co-authored the poetry collection I Remember My Name. She hosts the webinar series The Book Room and holds a Doctor of Philosophy from Victoria University.
